Send a deletion request
Enter the email associated with your DigiKalo account. Submitting opens your email app with a prepared message to delete@digikalo.com. This static website does not transmit or store the form contents.
If the button does not open your email app, send a message directly to delete@digikalo.com with the subject “DigiKalo account deletion request.”
To protect your account, we may ask you to verify ownership of the email address or sign-in identity before completing deletion. Do not send passwords, full payment card information, or government identification unless our support team provides a secure, legally necessary verification method.
What will be deleted
After verification and completion of the request, we will delete or de-identify data associated with your DigiKalo account from active systems, including:
- Account profile and authentication associations.
- Food photos and food recognition results linked to your account.
- Meal, calorie, macronutrient, water, and activity records.
- Weight history, goals, progress, nutrition scores, and streak records.
- AI coach conversation history and personalization data linked to your account.
- App preferences and supported integration associations.
Aggregated or irreversibly de-identified information that can no longer identify you may be retained for analytics, safety, and service improvement.
Deletion timing and limited retention
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. During this period, your account may be placed in a pending-deletion state. Encrypted backup copies may remain for up to 90 additional days and will be removed through the normal backup lifecycle.
We may retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, legal, or support records where required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Such information will be restricted to those purposes and retained only as long as necessary.
Cancel an active subscription separately
Deleting DigiKalo does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Before deleting your account, open your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings, select DigiKalo, and cancel the subscription if you no longer want it to renew.
