How accurate is food recognition?
DigiKalo provides an estimate based on the photo and available nutrition data. Accuracy varies with lighting, angle, mixed dishes, ingredients, and portion size. Always review the suggested dish and serving size before saving. Nutrition estimates are for general reference, not medical use.
What should I do if a meal is identified incorrectly?
Use the edit or “Fix Results” option on the recognition result screen to change the food, serving size, or nutrition values before saving. Clear photos with the full plate visible usually produce better suggestions.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Open your device’s App Store or Google Play subscription settings, select DigiKalo, and follow the cancellation instructions. Deleting the app or your DigiKalo account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription.
How do I restore a purchase?
Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase, then choose “Restore Purchases” from the DigiKalo subscription or settings screen. If access is not restored, contact us with the platform and approximate purchase date—do not send full payment card details.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Open DigiKalo, go to Profile or Settings, then Data & Privacy and choose Export Data. If the option is unavailable or you cannot access the app, email support and we will explain the verification process.
I cannot sign in. What should I try?
Check your connection, confirm you are using the same sign-in method as before, and update DigiKalo to the latest available version. For Apple Sign-In, make sure you select the same Apple ID. Contact support if the issue continues.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete it in DigiKalo under Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account, or use our public Delete Account page. The public page works without signing in or reinstalling the app.
Does the AI coach provide medical advice?
No. The coach provides general wellness and nutrition information based on the data you choose to log. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Consult a qualified clinician for medical or specialized dietary needs.
